DCMG awarded $400,000 Australian Heritage Grant

Great news for Broome’s dinosaur tracks.

We can now, with the assistance of a Steering Group of key stakeholders, prepare a Management Plan for the National Heritage listed dinosaur tracks located on the coastline of Yawuru country.

At the same time, we hope to support a Cultural Heritage process so TOs can meet and determine what cultural heritage is connected to the dinosaur tracks, whether this can be told, where and by whom.

This important work will underpin the long-term protection and promotion of our dinosaur tracks.

We welcome new members, especially anyone who wants to roll up their sleeves and help.
